Sam V. Harrison has been a residential landlord of over 25 years. He owns several single family residential rental units.
If it can be done wrong, he probably did it wrong a few times. But, over the years, trying to learn how to do it better, easier, and to do it profitably, the quest for knowledge was never ending.
And today, Sam is also the Broker / Owner of Point To Point Realty, a Full Service Real Estate company specializing in managing residential rental properties for others in the north Florida area.
But the quest for knowledge still goes on and the desire to help other landlords is first and foremost.
Is this where it starts?
No, this is not where it starts.
Handing the keys to a new tenant/resident is of course, a milestone in the process.
But merely a milestone. Not the beginning and certainly not the end.
So much more to learn.
